An east-west oval rose cut Montana Sapphire is bezel-set in 18k yellow gold. The sapphire is framed by six tiny white diamonds bead-set in an 18k yellow gold vine-textured band. Bezel is set on top of the band with closed back. The sapphire is such a stunning and complex mix of blue, green and yellow.
